Refund policy
Due to the type of product we offer, we cannot accept returns. Once your order payment is complete we will not be able to refund you. If there is something wrong with your shipment when it arrives please take pictures right away and contact us at: hellokookebako@gmail.com with your Tracking & Order Number. We will work with Fedex to get you a full refund which may take a month or more. Alternatively, we will reimburse you for whatever products where damaged after you provide photo evidence of the box and product damaged.
